Privacy policy

Who is responsible

This site and the Instagram account @alekseitalksai are run by Aleksei, a private individual based in Spain, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. Contact for anything about your data: aleksei@alekseimedia.com.

What I collect and why

  • Analytics, only if you press Accept. PostHog (PostHog Inc., servers in the US) records cookies, IP address, device and browser type, and the pages and actions you use, so I can see which guides help. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, US), so Google receives your IP address and standard browser request data. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in showing the site correctly.
  • Messages. When you message me on Instagram or comment a code word, your username and messages pass through Instagram (Meta) and the ChatPlace chatbot, so I can send the guide and reply. Legal basis: your request.
  • Bookings and payments. When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email and chosen time. Payments go through lava.top; I never see or store your card details. Legal basis: the service you ordered.
  • Email signups. When you enter your email on a guide or kit page, Resend (Resend Inc., US) stores it and sends the email with what you asked for. Legal basis: your request.

Sharing

I do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The services above process it under their own privacy policies; some of them are in the US.

How long I keep it

Messages and booking details: as long as needed to reply and deliver the service, then only what the law requires (for example, payment records). Email signups: until you ask me to delete your address. Analytics: as long as PostHog keeps it for the account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, take it elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email aleksei@alekseimedia.com and I will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only after you press Accept in the consent bar. With Necessary only, PostHog never loads. To withdraw consent later, clear this site's cookies and data in your browser.
